*Broadband speeds are widely available in the 3G/HDSPA coverage area including the metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth, subject to network availability. Not available in NT or TAS. Broadband speeds are not available in GSM areas, including NT or TAS. Actual speeds may be lower depending on a range of factors set out below.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Your application is subject to a Soul credit assessment, and acceptance.
2. The service is only available to customers within the Optus GSM or 3G-HSDPA coverage area and is subject to network availability. You can also use the service to connect to the Internet outside of the 3G/HSDPA areas, GSM network areas, however where only GSM coverage is available, including NT and TAS, you will not experience broadband speeds.
3. Soul Wireless Broadband plans may only be used as a data plan. You should not use the supplied SIM to access (and may not be able to access) other services such as Voice calls, International voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, International MMS, 1300, 1900. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates. Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1000kb = 1MB and includes both uploads and downloads. Your pricing plan may set out a maximum amount of included data that you can use to download and upload at high speed in a billing month. If you exceed your plan’s included monthly data allowance, additional excess usage will be charged at an additional $0.10 per MB. Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. If the supplied SIM card is used in an alternate modem will count towards your plan’s data allowance.
4. Maximum download speeds on 3G/HSDPA are up to 3Mbps. Based on network testing, customers can expect speeds between 512kbps and 1.5Mbps. Actual speeds will vary and may be slower. Many factors affect speeds such as your distance from the mobile tower, the capacity and load of the mobile tower, which bearer you are currently using (GSM, 3G/HSDPA), your hardware and software, the source of your download, and general internet traffic. The service is subject to network availability.
5. Soul Wireless Broadband plans are available as 24 month plans only.
6. The minimum total cost over 24 months is as follows: Soul Wireless Go 1GB is $478.80, Soul Wireless Go 2GB is $838.80, Soul Wireless Go 5GB is $1438.80 (excluding USB modem costs and any excess data charges).
7. You may request disconnection of your Soul Wireless Broadband service at any time. If you disconnect your Soul Wireless Broadband service prior to the expiration of your plan, a plan payout fee and a $66 plan cancellation fee will apply. Plan payout fee = total remaining months of plan x current access fee. Where a hardware payment plan applies this is also charged at total remaining months of payment plan x hardware payments.
8. When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as extra. Some USB modems are incompatible with networks in some countries
9. Software Requirements: You must have Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP or Windows Vista operating system to connect to the service. Subject to your rights under the Trade Practices Act, Soul does not make any warranty regarding the software of data provided to you as it operates on your computer and interacts with your other applications.
