Included call allowances may be used in any combination of Standard Services. Any unused amounts at the end of a billing period are forfeited.
‘yes‘ International™ calls are international calls made from your mobile phone. ‘yes‘ International™ call charges are based on Optus’ standard fixed line rates for calling overseas. There are no peak or off-peak rates or airtime surcharges.
The Soul Fair Go Policy applies to all Soul promotions and services and may extend to future promotions and services as determined by Soul from time to time. The policy allows Soul to request that excessive users of a promotion or service limit their use or cease using a promotion or service.
Soul reserves the right to determine what is excessive use and may suspend or cancel a customer’s access without notice in such circumstances. Soul also reserves the right to charge customers for promotions or services accessed in excess of the Soul Fair Go policy. Soul reserves the right to terminate promotions or services at any time.
Excessive use of Everyphone Saver is considered to be no more than 2,000 minutes per billing period per mobile service number.
Excessive use of ‘yes‘Time™ is considered to be no more than 2,000 minutes per billing period per mobile service number. Offer expires 31 March 2007 unless withdrawn earlier.
Excessive use of 15 for 5 Anytime is considered to be no more than 2,000 minutes per billing period per mobile service number.
Excessive use of Push to Talk is considered to be no more than 150 minutes of use per billing period per mobile service number.
